Initial 15 Minutes Consultation
Dr. Hinson offers a free 15-minute consultation to help you better understand her approach and to see if it is a fit for you. The free consultation is a chance for you to discuss some of your key goals and concerns. Dr. Hinson will describe her approach and how she would develop a customized program for you. Note that you will not receive any diagnosis or treatment as part of this short consultation. Once you complete this consultation, you can schedule your first appointment. There is no financial commitment required to receive this appointment and if Dr. Hinson is not a fit for you, you are under no obligation to become a patient or schedule another appointment.

Individual Counseling
Whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship distress, or you simply want to understand more about yourself, it may be time to begin individual therapy. Research has shown that one of the most important factors contributing to healing in therapy is the relationship that you have with your therapist. At Live Well Counseling Solutions, we understand the importance of ensuring that you feel heard and understood.

Couples Counseling
Couples therapy helps people manage and overcome problems with family and relationships. All relationships can benefit from a good marriage counselor! The process can help you reflect and deepen your feelings. Counseling can address the barriers before they create more of a barrier between you and your partner, and deepen your affection for one another.

Clinical Assessment & Evaluation
Dr. Hinson has experience assessing mental illness (e.g., depression, anxiety, etc.), behavioral disorders (e.g. Conduct Disorder, Disruptive Disorder, etc.), interpersonal dynamics, self-esteem work, and stress management. Any assessments resulting in diagnosis will become a permanent part of the clients’ record.

Individual or Group Supervision for Applicants
As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor- Supervisor, I engage with Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor-Associates and Student Counselors as they embark upon the journey towards becoming licensed. I partner with supervisees to educate, train, and produce a competent Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor.
$95 hour
Emotionally Focused Therapy Supervision (Supervisor-in-Training)
Whether you are learning the model or improving your skills, it is always helpful to have a mentor in this process. You can get your individual or group supervision hours towards certification as an EFT therapist with me as your support.
